Old pharmacist was talking to a friend when an old man with a cane entered. He walked to the counter and asked for his medicine.
The pharmacist said, "That'll be a dollar and a dime."
The old man threw a dime on the counter and started for the door.
He repeated, that'll be a dollar and a dime. Hey old man, that'll be a dollar and a dime. Old man walks out the door.
Pharmacist tells his friend, "That;s alright. I still made a nickel off him."
