You make a very interesting case...well thought out & definitely plausible. Plenty to chew on. I believe I stated previously that 4 days w/lawyers wasn't SOP for "normal" deals...& it raised my curiosity antennas immediately. Also noticed this in the SHL:
"In addition we are in talks with 5 other companies regarding private label opportunities, 2 in Europe and 3 here in the USA ."

I doubt it's in any way connected to your theory, but it is a part of our overseas footprint.
