Nano cap Therapeutic Solutions International (OTCPK:TSOI +53.3%) is up on almost double normal volume after securing exclusive rights to an adult stem cell called "JadiCell" for the potential treatment of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
