Doesn’t mater WHERE the ads can be seen. If there are ads, then the company clearly has no intention to remain private. If they have no intention to remain private, why does Steve feel bound by an NDA to keep them private? What kind of stupidity is this?
Second, Steve told us previously that the reason he couldn’t name the company was because he was waiting for the company to begin releasing ads themselves per their request. The ad release was the green light for him to make an announcement. He just admitted that the ads have already been released. So, which part of the equation was the lie?
Third, his statement was “many of you” have seen the ads. Who is he addressing? He knows the bulk of his investors inhabit this board. Hell, HE inhabits this board. I’m looking for “JUST ONE of you” to say you’ve seen an ad and provide the name of who ran it. Just one out of many should not be difficult.
