Here's a good idea "$ONCI CEO can still tweet in the morning that he is planning to pay the last note of $27,500 due on July 2, 2019, in cash....Stock will skyrocket $$$$$$$$$$", Instead of buy back pay this note and save 110,000,000 shares added.
