Just a note on the English language - “by Monday” means before 12:01 Monday morning. But if we want to give him the benefit of the doubt, let’s assume he meant before the market opens on Monday - so before 9:30 “at the latest”. What he does or doesn’t do in the next 36 hours determines whether we’re going to be unfurling the sails or battening down the hatches. If past performance is any indication, it’s going to get bumpy.
