Exactly, and there's nothing saying they only have one option for distributing Sweet Rock products, but it's an obvious first step since the business relationship and the customer base is already established.

The amendment was merely Lipari (The distributor, not How Sweet It Is , the other half of the joint venture Sweet Rock) making a clarification that they don't intend to push their luck with CBD distribution just yet, but hemp seed extract infused edibles are fully approved by the FDA and therefore Lipari will most likely agree to giving it a shot. After all, it was stated right in that amendment that "Lipari’s current policy regarding hemp is to distribute foods only containing hemp seed-derived ingredients".

The chocolate products are already selling well through them, and the hemp seed extract infused chocolates should sell just as well if not better. I believe they'll sell much better if marketed correctly, and evidence establishing hemp as a healthy addition to the diet is stronger than ever.

Anyhow, I can't see a logical reason why they wouldn't want to give it a go since, as you stated, they're all about making money just as most businesses are. If feedback from that customer base was extremely positive, it's highly likely to go through their channels quickly and be quite lucrative.
