Generex Biotechnology (OTCQB:GNBT +3.8%) will pay previously announced 1:1 stock dividend the day after listing on Nasdaq and not on the same day as the listing as previously stated.
In addition, Generex has been working on the application for the up-listing, and have notified the Nasdaq about submitting the application in the coming days.
