Just saw it is last trading day of Q2, not sure what they will do, I’m assuming August 15th which is perfectly fine with me. This quarter they won’t need to file separately which will save time and money. Nasdaq site will update revenues so it will show that we have revenues to anyone who is just passin by and looking. Nasdaq site will also update institutional investors that need to file a form 13f. The offering was finalized beginning of April so institutional investors that need to file 13f that bought shares in the offering will show up, imo. There were institutional investors that “knew their presence would increase the value of the company”, those institutional investors could be seen by end of August 15th on Nasdaq site.

The past is behind us and the party is just starting, there’s still party goers that will walk through those doors
