Again, you lack understanding of how this works. SFRX has already been reprimanded for bringing up a buckle on area 2. You can't bring up artifacts without a recovery permit. If ANYTHING is brought up it is minimal and is for identification purposes only. Kyle should hire pimps that understand salvage law. Recovery permit comes first, if ever.
Can you explain why the Juno recovery permit application submitted on 7/15/15 still hasn't been issued?
