MM error likely. It happens, the fill would have been rejected as soon as it went through and then placed near the ask, not necessarily at the ask.

At least that's how I understand when that happens. It's possible the order was simply rejected and not filled at all.

See if we get a sizable T Trade after close. Maybe it was a MM hook up.
