MFO has warrants and convertible shares. They only need to convert if they get close to 5% of company or convert to class A which would only be done to sell just as Aspire did all last year. Someone converted shares to class A and if so, why? To sell. I don’t think anyone is saying they converted and sold all of their class b and warrants, definitely not, but they did convert some which the share count shows. Who else has convertible shares or who else would be converting to raise the count. The MFO probably has a lot in hand but it does make sense for them to convert and sell some as their families expect returns monthly just like anyone else of high worth that lends money.
