Yes- I asked about this about 6 or 8 weeks ago without a response.
All day long there would be trade after trade after trade of 21 shares. It sure seemed odd to me at the time.
What I’m seeing now is accumulation. There just aren’t enough buyers to overwhelm the manipulators so they control the price movement. They buy everything that is offered and when that dries up they sell small lots to push the price down and then snap up the new offers from panicked sellers.
Yet the price is going up up up. That tells you all you need to know.
