i view them both as OTC survivors .. with enviable I/Os .. tho' it is the float that is freely traded .. and as evidenced by the *volume* cliff diving in 2018/2019 (as compared to 2014/2015) .. NR just does the obvious (and easiest) .. relentlessly compress the PPS .. which works .. until it doesn't ..
