Went to a shareholders meeting today for another stock and it was refreshingly mature without any one attendee trying to disrupt the proceedings. Hard to believe such adult meetings can occur after what we see on these message boards.
Major negative financial event was brought up and mgt answered all questions regarding it to the satisfaction of all.
Company like IPIX in that they are right on the brink of major success but needing money now and stock price is only a few pennies. They are doing what I thought IPIX should have tried harder to do:
Instead of issuing massive stock dilution to raise a few million, issue promissory notes with 18% interest that they expect to pay off in just a year or two so as not to allow late investors to steal the bulk of the assets from early investors who have sat on their investments for many years.
