from the 10q: "This requires, amongst others, extensive permitting activities with relevant local landowners, the ILA, certain authorities and others throughout the seismic survey area and in all likelihood will not conclude prior to the beginning of the Jewish holidays in October and rainy season. This in turn would result in additional delay, as rain and mud are not conducive [spelling corrected] to the performance of a seismic survey which includes extensive use of vibrators."
Note also the high holy days holiday scheduling problem they experienced last year when ca 11 of 22 days were off limits to work, probably as per agreement with the religious kibbutz, on whose land their drill pad sits
due to the lunar calendar's 354 days and resulting discrepancy with the solar calendar, the religious holidays vary significantly on the gregorian calendar from year to year and are unusally late this year (a 3 year cycle with an extra month -adar 2 -added ca 6 times every 19 years to reconclie with the gregorian calendar)
this means that holiday work stoppages would be frequent from sept 29 through end of tabernacles in the last half of october
another reason they could not effectively work after sept 29 (Rosh haShanah begins ca 6 pm sept 29) when the rainy season also begins
