Joe was sure we would qualify for the Nasdaq in the pps category - either $2, $3, or $4. The $2 category, though, is for stocks currently listed on a national exchange, which we are not. So that means we have to get up to at least $3 by the time the application goes in. Or at least that is how it looks to me from reading the official Nas listing requirements.
