No one has to read posts they don't want to spend time on or don't understand. That's what the Ignore button is for. Click on the person's avatar, that takes you to their personal page. The "Ignore" link is underneath the avatar.

Or, if you're looking at the message list, just skip it and click on the next one.
Or if you're using the "Next" feature, just hit Next again and skip it.

And those who want to read it, can read it. Easy-peasy.
