Hey Joe, do you have the % of the mergers yet? As it stands now, GNBT shareholders own between 6-10% of NGIO and GNBT owns the rest (so about 90-94%). Is the merger going to be a 50-50 split? I would think not. So after the merger and ultimate listing (IPO), what % of the combined company will shareholders still own? Thanks
