I think you have a few of your facts wrong.
First off the only way Bill can report any non public information on any social media site is if he first reports to all shareholders his intentions. Yes social media is an approved platform but the company must disclose to all holders that is where they will be doing updates. Bill has not done so.
Secondly The MRVB "MRVB-MASTER REGENERATIVE VIRTUAL BROKERAGE" was always operated by Sphere and was to be run by Angus McKay. It was said to be a TPAC MRVB but we later found out it was not TPAC's but rather Bill's own personal account funded by TPAC.
