The goal is to sell both companies, separately or not.
My guess is that they are at least a couple of years away from that, but even management may not know that, and I certainly don't.
Any big entity that wants to buy BSAFEtech would of course want controlling interest and would not want 49% still owned by SFOR, so they would need to either buy both companies or at least buy the equity in BSafeTech now owned by SFOR and by the managers. So we holders of SFOR stock would either get bought out or else SFOR would get a big boost in money for selling its stack in BSafeTech.
