Several people with reason to know have assured me that RMHB's problems would be sorted out by the end of the month, and it looks like we're on track for that. After a long period of bad news (the reverse stock split) and no news (thanks, bashers!), we are now in the middle of what appears to be a run of good news. The Carlin Group. The Radcliffe Group settlement. The Sweet Ally joint venture. And now, quite possibly, Cofepris, which is sort of the grand prize.

Several points about this. First, RMHB is proving good to their word. I hope those who've been losing faith are paying attention. Second, these deals are synergistic. I will bet the proverbial dollars to donuts that Carlin Group made that marriage happen. How else would a Dallas company have fastened on an obscure fudge maker in Somewhere, Michigan? Third, we can probably expect good news that hasn't been in the "promised" pipeline, like a second national/regional distribution deal, or expansion into Canada or Europe. And finally: It's finally happening. The tsunami is beginning.
