$LAHO - Yes it is, I am still holding as well. Patience is needed with this one.
They have been working on this one behind the scenes for a while now. It takes a little time to get all the i's dotted and the t's crossed in business.
What we know about the timeline from the 8k. May 23 LOI day. 60 days for LAHO to do DD, 7/23/2019. 150 days (from LOI) for closing, 10/23/2019.
That's not to say that the pps won't be climbing in the mean time. That's the milestones, and really not very much longer to hit them in the big picture.
7/1/2019 we should get an update on the S/S and we can see where the O/S is at that time.
