I just listened to the conf call and it looks like the "distribution" to the MSO partners is changing. No longer will they get cash disbursements, which gets frowned on. I believe Joe said they will get shares of GNBT stock that have to be held for 3 years, and then a vesting schedule of 25%/year after that. Then new distributions go into the same schedule. Is that correct Joe?
