Since things are slow today, if you have a little free time you're looking to use productively, consider putting the absurd identities on Ignore.
You do that by clicking on their name. That takes you to their page. Under the avatar you can click a link to "Ignore Poster" and then if you have a few extra seconds to spare, there's another link you can click to "Block Poster" -- which keeps them from sending you PMs also.
