I would think so, if the company is confident. I can't imagine they would submit an application if they weren't confident. Hopefully, it would include a time frame as to an expected response. For us little guys uplisting is probably the most significant development in the short term. Uplisting enables us to double our shares and gets us on the path to assessing and opening NGIO's value. It also get us back to the CNBC scroll.

In 2-3 weeks the pps share has increased 40%-50%. If this could be traced on a daily basis by millions of viewers, all available shares would be purchased in my opinion. Not exactly a short squeeze, but demand would definitely exceed supply. That's what will happen with uplisting.
