WinstonNC, you are spot on regarding shortcomings of Henry CEO of PHIL due to reasons which I believe are not unusual while taking it PHIL to next level from being just financial services company.
As you mentioned in your earlier messages now PHIL is positioned to be like Hedge fund with investments into VINAFILMS (plastics), APR (GOLD mining in USA and Asia), Asian Diamond Exchange and possibly investment into hospitality (Saigon Pho Palace) and Organic in USA and Vietnam.
In my opinion , As we steer out of the delay in receiving payments from PHI group's client(s) viz. DIO GROUP and other clients, we shall soon turn page into Nasdaq trading firm from OTC in couple of years
