Well! Well! It looks like Henry is not going to pay off none of the notes payable in CASH till end of 2019 and possibly start BUYback in January 2020! Until then its hibernation time for all shareholders of PHIL and can expect the O/S to go up to 20 billion shares before BUYBACK can begin if ever. GOod Luck to all
