Curncman imo it all depends on the timing of collecting the
$4M from DIO deal and $1M from the other company.
I think CEO Henry set the APR divvy to Sept 30, 2019
to give time to be able to collect those funds this SUMMER
and be in a position to start the BUYBACK around SEPT 2019
accompanied by other News on M&A-VINA-LUXFUNDS-
DIAMONDS-APR
shortly after the BUYBACK begins.
In the meantime from now until SEPT that likely means we'll
see more DILUTION and I'm expecting the O/S to be
around 12B to 14B by the time we get to SEPT 2019.
