FYI everyone, Joe accidentally answered me in a private reply and told me I could repost it to public. So here was his answer...

Enough not to get in the lung it’s much better, look at OL it was big enough not to get into the lung and cause lung deficiencies like other pulmonary treatments, good question but it all depends on the compound and whether it gets in lung and what does that effect as far as safety to the very fragile lung and it’s parts."
