He told me he pushed it to the admin in control of MODS, which honestly I know is shelly and she hates me so I wont PM her. He did however say there have been numerous complaints and they are all being looked into now....Hence we don't see rich posting much anymore? I think that is because he is restricted.

I am working on it though, that however might take a little longer as shelly hates me.
