Needing help getting one’s goods to market is no shame, and the latest to succeed admirably by throwing in its lot with another firm is Dallas-based Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC:RMHB)
The lifestyle brand management company, specializing in high-quality health and wellness products, announced today that the Company has executed a Broker Agreement with Carlin Group to represent its product line to the retail market.
Carlin will thus represent RMHB’s CBD-infused beverages under the HEMPd brand; as well as its Hempseed extract-infused beverages under the Rocky Mountain and Rocky Mountain High brands, and CBD-infused wellness products under the HEMPd brand.
The pact covers 14 American states, including Michigan, Ohio, and Texas.
Said CEO Michael Welch, "We are very excited about the opportunity to have our entire product line represented by Carlin Group. This puts us in a solid position to maximize exposure to major retailers, convenience stores, grocery store chains, mass marketers, and an assortment of other outlets that we would not otherwise be able to reach on a cost-effective basis."
Shares in RMHB triumphed nearly a penny, or 18.5%, to 6.28 cents, mid-day Wednesday, on volume of 613,000 shares.
