I dont know , but I dont think money is the reason , actually I am sure this would not be a reason,
doctors usually think , will that be right for me and my family ??..and than they know what they want for all patients...
This is not that difficult , we dont think , "they" the patients , it is always , is that good for "US" all....since we all can be a patients tomorrow ....

I still think this way when evaluating treatment , and yes when no choice we need to take a chance ...

I be surprise to see doctors , and especially those in research thinking that way, but really any doctor ...

I read in the past that improvement in cancer is dose related , and since our medicine so far is without serious side effects , he want to give the best chance to those patients imo ...

Maybe with time they will also estimate what will be the best dose by evaluating density of CCR5 in cancer cells , but I don't know , all this is so new , we really not sure ...
