But, upon this news release the OTC picked up several investor news letter that were promoting purchasing QTMM with a quick up side since they had gone from $0.03 to $0.05 earlier this year on news.
The OTC then flagged QTMM with their stock promotion flag for 15 days. It's unfortunate but reality. From what I'm told, there are some brokers that refuse to allow investors to buy when the stock promotion flag is active.
