I never once mentioned the word scam or even came close to that topic in my post.
My post only focused on the fact Heddle is owed probably over $10,000,000 at this point and any shareholder who thinks they own this company is just fooling themselves.
Heddle owns every piece of it through his usury rate loans and the collateral that backs them.
He also never filed an 8K to show the renegotiation of the expired loans yet is submitting SEC filings showing the loan shark interest is still being tacked on daily.
Highly unethical and most likely an SEC violation.
Heddle has utter contempt for any shareholder in this company.
