IMO they need a license deal to meet the $4 share (or $3 bid) and equity requirements to be eligible. $20M China and some good science awareness may be enough for both, but I would prefer to make worldwide news with TNBC results and let BTD get us there sooner though (if we can meet the equity requirement).
