I agree, I usually cut it to 40-50% of share volume is being locked, so today about 200k shares could have been bought to hold, add in 200k from past two days, 400k shares locked up. That’s about 4.5% of float, add to that what’s already held, like you and red said the demand will outweigh the availability and then you’ll see big moves, if a ton of investors own shares and are holding tight long term it’ll be hard for others to buy it from anyone, causing bid and ask to rise.

Then you may have some traders that see this and see a big opportunity whether they know the company or not.
