I'm pretty confident that the B/UP deal will be with Novartis. I don't think IPIX Mgt. team just happened upon privately held BDD Pharma. I think Novartis directed them there.
BDD Pharma licensed their OralogiK timed drug-delivery tech to Novartis in May of 2018. Also Novartis was Arthur Bertolino's former company.
Definitely a connection imo
