I mentioned this a long time ago that movements in the stock would happen in dimes, quarters or more. That there may be days where the stock goes up a $1 or more. $5 gain in one day is possible this year.
Yes, that is right. $5 or more is possible even in one day.
Why?
In addition to there are far fewer shares and many are sitting in the hands of insiders, institutions and long investors, a 15% gain like today is equivalent to a two cent move last year (i.e. .15 to .17)
The gain percentages would be the same but $ movement will be magnified
Now think about what the equivalent of a dollar move last year would be now
Even a 1/3 that .33 is the $5 I mentioned. We've all seen the stock move that much before in one day and the company is in a great position now.
