So I reviewed Monday's dividend clarification release. It says the dividend with be declared Thursday 6/20 (pending regulatory approvals and certain shareholder waivers, which they did not have completely done) and not paid until the uplist date (which could be 4-6 weeks or longer). That means anyone has until the uplist date to buy, so why chase right now? The only reason would be if news were to get released about their progress with all their initiatives. Also, when the new 10Q comes out, maybe more sales, etc. Afterall, they did say the excellagen sold out in the first 30 days!
