That is a very good point. Since this is a dividend that is greater than 25%, it becomes a special dividend like the first one was back in November 2018. If you recall on that one, the actual dividend was not paid until the day after the payable date. So if we go public on the NASDAQ and the payable date is that day we go public, then the dividend actually does not get paid until the very next day so the share price might be higher than after the dividend gets paid the day after.
