There is an underlying reason Bill does not want to bring TPAC current or file a Form 15. In my opinion it all has to do with shares that have been issued and outstanding debt. I think he is wanting the ticker to be revoked to protect his own personal assets from creditors. He has violated several securities laws over his 12 years of being TPAC CEO. Best way for him to avoid legal issues is just make TPAC go away. If the SEC revokes TPAC then Bill will have the defense that it was out of his control.

As for the small R/S idea it would take a huge R/S to have any impact and help the stock. With 12+ billion shares outstanding a small R/S will not do any good for shareholders.

Bill guaranteed investors that when he moved TPAC domicile from Nevada to Wyoming it wasn't for the unlimited A/S. He said the O/S would never exceed 4.5 billion and now it has more than doubles and possible even tripled.
