Good point. Dr Dalton did specifically say the stock is in penny land so anyone and everyone can buy in his speech at hope global. He knows the second it becomes current and news hits this thing is gonna fly up, he definitely knows that and definitely is waiting for the right time. He is very intelligent and knows exactly what he is doing in my opinion.
