Very correct that I do not think the term sheet is dead. NO ONE knows how far along the talks may be. NO ONE. Mr. Ehrlich and Dr. Bertolino may have been talking to a very seriously interested party since well before the term sheet was publicly announced. IPIX management wants certain considerations for what they have. BP would love to acquire what they want as cheaply as possible. If acceptable terms are agreed upon, finalizing may not take long at all.
