It’s hard for me to believe that CYDY can raise $12-15
million from a TO if the most recent TO collected only $9 million. The only way that could happen is if between now and then, CYDY releases very good news and the SP starts to climb.
Also, does this mean that no cash is coming in? Nothing from the prostate test, licensing deals, or Samsung, etc? Maybe the deals are just delayed?
