So no comment on Berman EXCHANGING his 1.4 billion common shares for 25 million Preferred Shares on 2/10/19?
So he didn’t exactly give up his common shares for nothing in return.
I agree with Gophers post about the money owed to SB and the money loaned by SB. I even mentioned that in a post a month or so ago but how quickly people forgot this.
I am not convinced about the A/R and sales issues. They don’t provide enough detail to make me a believer and I firmly believe it would still be a sticking point if auditors every took a look.
