Burying the non binding term sheet in the 10k last September didn't do squat for the SP. Leo was smarter this time and put out a PR. Obviously the Sept. Term sheet never became a binding agreement and the May 16th is probably in the same boat. It enabled Leo to raise some cash but IMO that's where it ends.
