Thanks BL. So basically the SP is totally at the control of the note holders until there’s some real demand for the stock. They can stop selling for a week and let the SP shoot up (like today) and then sell it down to .40 to get PIK at 85% of the low, then repeat. Damn that seriously puts us in a bad range until they are taken out. Especially if the second note starts the same approach next month. Sounds like some rocky months ahead...
