One more thought about the Nasdaq listing - Joe said there are lots of exceptions to the uplisting qualifications rules. I wonder if they would give us a break because we recently had, effectively, a 1 to 20 split, which made our pps readjust to below $1. BUT, before the split/dividend, we were trading at 18.
We more than qualify on most of the other requirements. Our shareholder's equity is $10 million, for instance, and only $4-5 million is required. Also, our value of public stock is way higher than required.
