LSW actually, and yes, they'll have to go after the perpetrator of the fraudulent sale, though the details of that are murky since LSW/Li were determined to have been knowing cohorts in the fraudulent activities. Closure on all of that will take time, but RMHB was absolved of any wrong doing, which stands at this point.

The company was awarded 3.5 mil by the court for damages which is another matter all together, and Rocky's legal team is vigorously pursuing that restitution.
